Meet the heart behind Infinite Plumbing & Heating LLC. Ken Schnapp, our Master Plumber is a fourth-generation plumber with more than 30 years of experience, carrying on a family tradition of skilled craftsmanship, hard work, and honest service. Plumbing isn’t just a career—it’s a legacy that’s been passed down through generations.

When he’s not helping customers, you’ll likely find him enjoying time with his family, spending time outdoors, cheering at car races, attending demolition derbies, maybe you will even see him in one!  He believes in treating every customer with the same honesty, respect, and care he’d expect for his own family.

His decades of experience, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right the first time have earned the trust of homeowners throughout the community. Whether it’s a simple repair or a complex plumbing or heating project, his goal is always the same: provide dependable solutions, quality workmanship, and service you can count on.

For him, it’s not just about fixing plumbing—it’s about building lasting relationships and serving the community with integrity, one home at a time.

Noah Theisen is our plumbing apprentice, and he is dedicated to learning the trade the right way and is working hard toward earning his Journeyman license, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Master Plumber and one day carrying on the family business.

He believes that great plumbers are made through hard work, hands-on experience, and a willingness to keep learning. Every day, he’s building the skills and knowledge needed to provide customers with the same honest, dependable service that our company is known for.

Outside of work, he enjoys gaming and making memories with his family. Family means everything to him, and that’s one of the reasons he’s so passionate about continuing the legacy of Infinite Plumbing & Heating for future generations.
